Thumbly is a simple browser tool for finding the public thumbnail images associated with a YouTube video. We built it for the practical moments around video work: collecting a visual reference, reviewing a published campaign, saving a thumbnail you own, or comparing the way a topic is packaged across a channel.

What the tool does—and does not do

The site is intentionally focused. It does not ask users to create an account, does not promise access to private videos, and does not claim that downloading an image transfers copyright. Our aim is to make a small, useful task fast while helping creators understand the choices behind a clear thumbnail.
